Planet Acid!

acid! (formerly Black Acid) is a collective consisting of damy, Dashaeno, Smitty, and sor. Each member brings their own style, personality, and musical world to the table, resulting in a blend of hip-hop, alternative rap, and experimental electronic influences that constantly blend into one another.

In recent years, the four have not only built their collaborative project but also pursued solo work and cultivated an ever-growing community around them. This year feels bigger, sharper, and more confident than ever. On Saturday 5 September, acid! will present this new phase during Planet Acid! at Tolhuistuin: their annual showcase where it all comes together. Expect an evening centered around new music, guest performances, pop-up programmes, and unexpected moments just as you’ve come to expect from acid!
